名物のピザは、石窯で薪をくべて焼き上げられる。厚めの生地はもちもちで香ばしく美味しい。味をハーフハーフなどにもできるのは嬉しい心遣い。店主はナポリ近郊のチーズで有名なカゼルタで修行されたそう。
