It's a cozy little shop with only 10 seats at the counter, but it takes pride in its authentic Neapolitan pizza, baked in a wood-fired stone oven brought from Acunto in Naples. |
前回伺って、大満足だったので、私の
お誕生日ディナーに再訪しました。
今回は、モッツァレラと生ハム、マルゲリータ、
シャコのシーフードピザ、野菜(今回も椎茸)の
釜焼き、カルボナーラ、豚肉の釜焼きを
お願いしました。
マルゲリータは、やっぱり文句なしに
美味しい！！ソースも生地も文句無しです。
野菜の釜焼きは、前回に続き椎茸でしたが、
椎茸嫌いの娘ちゃんも絶賛のお味です♪
シャコのシーフードピザは、シャコが食べ辛い
けれど、目新しかったです。
カルボナーラは、ものすごく濃厚で美味しいけ」ど、シェアして丁度良い感じでした。
豚肉の釜焼きは、しっとりして豚の甘みを
感じるローストでしたが、前回注文した
鶏肉の方が皮がパリパリして我が家好みだった
かも。
お店は席数が少ないので、予約をされて
行かれることをオススメします。
ちなみに、椅子に高さがあるので、
小さなお子様連れは厳しいかと思うので、
そんな場合はテイクアウトで味わってみて
欲しいです
