On our way back from the cherry blossom walk at the Osaka Mint Bureau, we stopped here for lunch. There is a huge line during the weekday lunch hour, and my friend said he had always wanted to try it. You order by selecting from the menu on a tablet. After a while of deciding between the wide variety of dishes, we were drawn in by the voice of the waiter confirming our order, "Tori Ten Udon," and our decision was immediately made (lol). Daisen Chicken Oroshi Ten Udon 1,030 yen It comes with three pieces of chicken tempura, plenty of bonito flakes, seaweed, green onions, grated daikon, ginger, and other toppings. We thought this was great, so we picked up our chopsticks and mixed the ingredients, and to our surprise, we found a yellow raw egg hidden under the chicken tempura! There was Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) on the sign at the entrance, which had caught our eye when we entered the restaurant. They seem to be proud of their delicious eggs. It was delicious! After leaving the restaurant and looking back at the sign, we saw that they also offer a set with a mini bowl. Next year, we'll get the set with the mini Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) ♪
