Lunch time on weekdays. A friend recommended this restaurant to me as they carry carefully selected organic vegetables and branded pork, so I went there with them. It seems that they are taking very thorough measures to prevent infectious diseases, and they ask that you only stay in the store for 45 minutes. For lunch on weekdays, you have to choose from three options, and no matter how you look at it, A is the most attractive option. A Lunch: Steamed Morinaka Korean pork and over 10 kinds of colorful vegetables (1,100 yen) + drink (150 yen) One bowl of five-grain rice is free. After a while, it was served in a steamer, and when you opened the lid in front of your eyes, the steam that spread out filled you with anticipation. The first thing that surprised me was its appearance. The pork belly is folded neatly, so it steams evenly. The work is done with great care, such as separating the pieces into pieces that are easy to eat. I was also surprised by the variety of vegetables. The more you eat, the more different ingredients come out from the bottom, which makes it even more fun. For dinner, this menu is served for about 1,500 yen, although the size may vary, so I think it's a great value for lunch. The dipping sauce is salt or sesame sauce. This sesame sauce is also delicious. The homemade pickles, Small dish, and soups seemed a little bland, but if they were too strong, it might turn off your taste buds.
