天満駅から市場方面の居酒屋飲食店が犇くエリア、その中で一際年季の入った通りで、安く美味い店が並ぶ一松食品センター、通称天五横丁にある串カツ屋です。
お店はかなり狭い調理場とそれを囲むカウンターが4,5席、一応奥にテーブルもありそうですが、何せ狭いお店です。
ひよこセット1300円、串カツ6本とお酒一杯をまず頼むのがお店ルールらしく素直に従います。6本ですが、

・博多のつぼみな(と聞こえた)

・河豚の白子
河豚！この価格帯で！しかも白子。かずのこ串カツは初めてだけど串カツがこんなに美味しいなんて驚きです。かずのこを初めて美味しいと思った気がします。野菜も季節野菜で美味いです。追加で何本か

・24ヶ月ものパルミジャーノ
高級素材や季節野菜に創作串もあり、いずれも相当レベルが高いです。お洒落な高級串カツ屋で出てきて何倍もの値段でも違和感ないレベルです。それが二千円強、天満の下町そのもの店内で気軽に食べれる素晴らしいお店だと思いました。
