天神橋筋商店街3丁目に有る「真のナポリピッツァ協会」が認めナンバーリングされている南イタリア料理のお店です。
商店街に沿ったお店の入口には本場イタリアから取り寄せた薪窯が見られ、その奥にカウンター席、テーブル席と続く
細長い作りのお店です。
店内はイタリアの町並みを意識した内装でゆったり落ち着いた雰囲気で料理を楽しむことが出来るように配慮されています。
まずは生ビールで乾杯です。キリンのハートランドをチョイスしました。
ピザは後からいただくことにしてまずはおつまみから行きましょう。
[本日の前菜7種盛り合わせ]
イタリアンオムレツ、生ハム、サバの燻製とルッコラ、タコのカルパッチョ、桜エビと生のりゼッポリーネ、などなどどれもイタリアンらしく美味しいです。
お酒にぴつたりのおつまみですね。
[気まぐれたっぷりサラダ]
まさにボリューム満点、彩りが素晴らしく美しいサラダです。
もちろん野菜そのものも新鮮で美味しかったです。
ドレッシングも美味しいからですね。
[ポテトフライ〜パルミジャーノチーズで〜]
素朴なじゃがいもにたっぷりかかったチーズの味と塩加減が良くてシンプルだけどわかっていたけど美味しいというやつです。
[水牛チーズのマルゲリータ]
さて、いよいよピザです。
メニューを見るとマルゲリータ系のトマトソースベースピザが多いので、まずはそこら辺からしかも最初なので定番から攻めてみます。
ナポリタンピッツア特有の薄生地ですがしっかり焼かれていて硬めにされています。
トマトとチーズは新鮮さとそのものの味が焼いてあってもしっかりします。
バランスが取れていて美味しいピザです。
どんどん食べれます。
[ツナとキノコのボスカイオーラ]
今度は味がガラッと変わって素朴な生地の味が全面に出て、そこにツナとキノコの香りや食感そして味がしてきます。
各々の味が良い意味で独立して味わえて素朴な美味しさでした。
[日替わりデザートプレート]
カシスアイス、バスクチーズケーキ、ティラミスの3種類でした。
カシスアイスは濃厚で手作り感があるジェラートです。
チーズケーキはチーズの味が、ティラミスはマスカルポーネチーズの味がしっかり濃厚でこれも美味しかったです。
かなりお腹がいっぱいになりまだまだ食べたいメニューはありましたが次回ですね。
ピザが有名で美味しいですが他の料理もなかなか美味しかったです。
