この1年ちょっとで賑わい出した天満市場北側の縦筋。
かき小屋フィーバー、箕面ビール、スペインバルなどなど、個性的なバルが、ひしめき合ってます。
その中のこちらは、炭火焼居酒屋。
ここの店主は、元フレンチのシェフらしく、炭火焼以外にも洋食モノのメニューもちらほら。
なかなかのラインナップです。
店外では兵庫産の牡蠣を焼いており、とてもいい匂いがただよってました。
この匂いに誘われ店内に。
間口は、そんなに広くないのですが、中に入ってビックリ。
奥行きが、とっても広くて、なかなかの大箱。
手前のテーブル席の奥左が厨房なのですが、その奥にもテーブル席が見えてます。
奥の方が、むしろ広そうです。
入ってすぐの4人テーブルを利用したのですが、冬の寒い日で窓からの隙間風が、冷たくて。
外では、シンシンと雪が降る日でした。
まずは、お目当ての焼き牡蠣をオーダー。
けっこう大きなサイズでしたが、料金は、1個150円！しっかり濃厚な味わいで醤油が香ばしく、おかわりしたくなったぐらい。
なんと生でもOKとの事で、これとは別に生牡蠣もオーダーしました。レモンを絞って食べましたが、これはミルキーで焼き牡蠣とはまた違った爽やかな美味しさ。
これも同じく1個150円のお安さ。
他のメニューもさすがは、天満なカジュアルプライス。
おまけにお酒の類いもお手頃。
牡蠣なら赤穂産、鶏肉なら大和黒鶏など食材にもこだわりを持って提供されており、ただ安いだけのお店ではなく、なかなか骨太なお店でした。
最後に食べた丸ごとローストチキンも大きくて、めちゃ美味しかったです。
また利用させていただきたいと思います。
