そやから、そこそこ大箱な鳥屋さんを予想してたのに・・・
あまりにも、こじんまりした店でビックリした（汗）
店主の低姿勢で優しい言葉使いの接客にまず驚く！
なにより、ネットをしてる客の目線に立った応対にも驚く！
お勧めの日本酒を飲めば、女子スタッフさんに・・・
「瓶を片付けずに、カウンターに置いて差し上げて？」
こちらから要求することなく、店主自ら気遣ってくれたのは初めてだ！（焦）
２軒目やったこともあり、最初から日本酒へ
お勧めの日本酒は店主にお任せ！
そしたら付き出しは・・・
「最初から日本酒を飲まれてますので、付き出しはこちらにしてみました」

飲み物で、付き出しまで変えてくれはるんすか！（驚）
鶏の皮を湯通しして、まだ暖かい状態でポン酢とは！
美味すぎる！
日本酒に合い過ぎる！

料理も、優しい言葉遣いで、しっかり説明してくださる

そやからこの形になるんですな！
捌いたものを仕入れてては、絶対にこの形での提供は難しい
そして美味い！
いや、実に美味い！
焼き加減が絶妙すぎる！
しかし、店のどこにも紀州梅鶏の表記がない（汗）
「紀州梅鶏と書いても、紀州の人間ちゃうし関係ないわ！って言われるだけですから～」
そう笑って話す店主・・・なんて謙虚なんだあ！！（苦笑）
●むね刺身
「どうやら、相当あちこちで鶏料理を食べ歩いてらっしゃるようなので・・・これを食べてみてください」
そう言われて、サービスで胸肉を刺身で出してくださった（汗）
ええーーー！
なんじゃ、この味！ そして、この歯ごたえ！！（焦）
ちょいカルチャーショック的な食感と味やわ！！（汗）
美味い・・・美味いよ、これ！

「これなど、どうでしょ？」
出てきたものは心臓をソテーした一品だが・・・
焼け目がない調理で、マジでふんわりとやさしい味だ！
ほんのりバター風味？
これまた絶品だ！
いや、参った・・・降参します！！
今回はたまたま飛び込みで入れたが、奇跡に近い（汗）
こちらの店主はタダモノじゃないっす！（汗）
間違いなく、一度訪問した人はリピートするはずだ！
近い将来、この店はこの界隈を席巻するに違いないっす！！
