今夜はココで夕飯しました♪
㌧ﾎﾞの「美味しいハンバーーーーグが食べたいっ❗」っと言ったら会社仲間が予約を取ってくれて３人で伺いましたw
店内は狭まいですが、途中で店長さんが気を利かせて６人席への移動を案内してくれました～
基本飲み屋ではないのでアテはさほど有りませんが、タコ唐揚げとポテサラをお願いしました♪

タコはプリプリで衣カリカリで良い塩梅です
ポテサラは薄味
そしてメインのハンバーーーグ❗登場～

ふっくらで特製デミグラスソースです
肉汁がドバドバ滲み出てメチャ旨し❗️
店長さんは某有名ホテルのシェフからハンバーーーーグに一球入魂したい願望からお店を出すことになったようです
ハンバーグの黄金比(牛と豚)に拘り研究を重ねて肉の旨さを最大限に引き出した逸品です
確かに、このようなハンバーーーーグを食べたこと無いかなっ？て思わせる旨さでしたよ
