水曜日の19:30に同心の『中華バル AZuma』へ。
ビールは「ハイネケン」。
これだけで店のこだわりが感じられます。
「マーボー豆腐」。
一口。美味い。
少し甘いと思いきや、辛さが後から来ます。
しっかりとした味付けでビールによく合う一品。
「インスタ映え‼︎牛肉のチンジャオ」。
よく混ぜて一口。美味い。
良い肉を使ったピーマンの炒め物。
いわゆるベーシックな青椒肉絲を想像していると、全く違う感じなので賛否両論かも。
個人的にはこれはこれで好きですが。
「手作りセロリ風味焼きぎょうざ」。
ラー油を入れて美味い。
肉肉しくてジューシー。
皮も薄めで餡の美味さを感じられます。
セロリの風味はほんのり香る程度で、セロリが苦手な人でも全然食べられます。
「本日のチャーハン」。
レタスと玉子とネギ。
パラパラで隠れた旨みの正体が気になります。
1人で回されているので、混んでいる時は料理提供に時間がかかるかもしれません。
常連が付きそうな、1人客でも使い勝手の良いお店。
