The yakitori made with fresh "Tamba Jidori" chicken is superb! It is grilled over Tosa Binchotan charcoal to make it crispy on the outside and full of flavor on the inside. It goes perfectly with the secret sauce that has been added to since the restaurant first opened. You can enjoy a wide variety of dishes, from the standard Negima and chicken dish to the rare Tamahimo and Segimo cuts.
