3〜4年前に店内で薬膳と有田焼のコラボランチイベントで初訪問。
とても美味しかったのでその後すぐにディナー利用。
今回は3回目の訪問です。
今回は友人との会食に、厳しい残暑に身体がバテていて「何か身体に優しくて美味しいものを、、、」っと考えて当時、薬膳鍋のコースをいただき身体に染み渡るのを感じた事を思い出し再訪しました。
オーダーしたのは「薬膳鍋のコース」5,700円
付き出し(甘酒ベースの冷製スープ)、前菜の5種盛り、メインの薬膳鍋はクコの実、ナツメ、当帰、陳皮、白キクラゲなど含む鶏ガラベースの出汁です。野菜はキノコ類がたっぷりで葉野菜は豆苗やニラなど緑が濃い物ばかり。
少しクセのある味ですが箸を進めるごとにしゃぶしゃぶした豚肉とキノコからの旨味が出汁に出てきて益々奥行きのあるスープになり、どんどん美味しくなって行きます❣️
〆にはもち麦の雑炊で上には山芋トッピングされています。
煮詰まって濃厚になった出汁を山芋でまろやかになり、身体にどんどん染みてくる感じがします。
コースにはなかったのですが別でデザートと薬膳茶を追加注文しました。あま酒ベースのプリンにイチジクとキュウイがのっていて、こちらも甘酒とフルーツから来る優しい甘さで、身体に優しいく美味しかったです。
食事に健康や美容を求めたい方は是非一度行かれる事をオススメします。
