【1〜2枚目】
「噂の塩タン(2,500円/1人前)」
※1人前は6枚
追加注文、お代わり禁止のこちらの塩タン。
やや薄めなタンで、サクサクとした食感の歯切れの良いタイプの牛タン。
塩気と胡椒はそれほど強くなく、タン本来の旨味を楽しめる。
非常に美味しい肉質の良い牛タンだったので、訪問時には是非注文してみて欲しい。
それほど大判ではなく、厚みもそれほどなので、1人前の6枚くらいはすぐに食べられてしまう。
2人なら3人前くらい注文しても良いかもしれない。
【3枚目】
「裏ハラミ(2,640円)」
※1人前は7枚
裏というのが気になるこちらのメニュー。
良くあるハラミに比べてかなり長いものとなっており、食べ応え抜群。
ただ結構脂身が多く、ジューシーではあるがやや重いと感じる人もいるかもしれない。
付け合わせのわさびなどと一緒にいただくと、脂身の甘みをより楽しむことができる。
【4枚目】
「麻薬のカルビ(1,400円)」
こちらも目を引くメニュー名。
塩とタレを選べるが、今回はタレを注文。
ユッケのように黄身と一緒に混ぜ合わせて頂く。
タレはサラサラ系のタイプで、甘さはあるがくどくはない。
ご飯が欲しくなると共に、麻薬のカルビ自体もお代わりしたくなるもので、まさに麻薬の名が似合う一品だった。
【5枚目】
「千枚刺し(950円)」
コリコリとした食感が楽しいこちらの千枚。
一つ当たりが結構大振りで、食べ応えもあり、コスパが良い。
付け合わせのピリ辛酢味噌が、ホルモンの旨みを引き出してくれる。
迷った際のスピードメニューに是非。
【まとめ】
北新地から西天満方面に歩いた裏通り沿いにある人気焼肉店「どて」さん。
店内には沢山の有名人やスポーツ選手のサインが飾られており、その人気は著名人の間にも知れ渡っている様子。
この日は休日の開店直後の17時に予約をして訪問した。
その時はお客さんはいなかったが、その後から飛び込みで来た方は満席でお断りされていたため、休日の予約は必須のようである。
少し変わったネーミングのメニューが多くついつい惹かれてしまう。
またどのメニューも価格以上に満足度を感じる質で、コスパの良さを強く感じた。
この辺りで友人と気軽に焼肉に行きたいという時には使いやすいお店であった。
