昭和生まれの女子４名での「昭和女子会」。
第２回は、こちらで開催となりました！
カウンター中心の店内ですが、奥に１卓だけ４名席があり、そちらをご用意くださいました。
いただいたのは、「8000円」の夜のコース。

最初から最後まで穴子づくしなわけですが、こんなにしっかり緩急ついて色々楽しめるなんて嬉しい驚きでした！
何より和割烹スタイルで構成されているので、見て楽しいし、いただいて美味しいしぃ～♡
序盤の「蒸し寿司」、終盤「すき焼き」については、特に趣向を凝らした感がとっても伝わってきます。
美味しいし、楽しいし、サイコーです！
なお、写真からお分かりいただけるように、（薄造りではない方の）肝添えの造り 含めて、とにかく肉厚で、ひと噛み毎に味わいがしゅっしゅっと広がっていく感じ。
当然ながら、造り、焼き、炙りも味わいが異なるわけで、こんなにも色んな味わいが楽しめるだなんてびっくり♪
もちろん、穴子なので若干の脂感もあるのですが、それがまたゼンゼン苦にならないすっきりとした味わい。
日本酒が進んで、進んで、進んで、進んで、、、幸せでした(≧▽≦)
ちなみに、江戸切子でいただく日本酒。
普段はワイン派ですが、やっぱり楽しいですね日本酒は。
なお、4人であれこれ日本酒をいただいて、お会計はひとり10,000円強程度。
素敵すぎます！
