To be honest, I was surprised, or what can I say...I had always thought of conger eel as a different food. In my opinion, it's not the best food for my appetite, it has a lot of bones, and if I want to eat conger eel, I'd go for rice bowl, it's like a rival to eel...That's the extent of it, so I don't go out to eat conger eel, and I want to eat that over there. I had no desire. However, a senior in my life recommended a restaurant and invited me to go there, and when I ate conger eel there, my ``perspective'' completely changed. It had such an impact on me that it even appeared in my dreams the day I ate it. Everything I ate on the course felt like it was my first time, and I could tell that a lot of time and effort went into everything. Therefore, the taste is impressive. It's not that it tastes good or bad, it makes me feel that way. I've eaten a lot of different things in my life, and I've come across things that I'd like to share with others, but the conger eel dish here might be on a whole other level. He did not interfere with the Japanese sake and sake cups that were served to him, and had the important role of making it a fun time. From the beginning to the end of the course, I was nothing but excited. I learned that there are still many dishes in the world that exceed my imagination. This is what it means to be attracted to something. I was impressed by the shop owner's serious attitude toward conger eel. I want to come eat again. I hope everyone will try it.
