たった2年前には戻らない。なので私は玄米をおいしく炊ける高級炊飯器を思い切って購入した。ランチはほぼ手弁当にスイッチ。外食を極力控える生活。しかしそのおかげで、①痩せる、②体調良くなる、③出費抑制と、禍福は糾える縄の如し
ひさしぶりに弁当が無い今日。すっかり食事に気を使うようになった私は、十割蕎麦にしよう！と決意。真っ先に思い出したのがホテルCABINの2F「dining SAKURA」の「十割ざる蕎麦」。十割なのに麺のコシがかな～り強くツヤツヤ。ワサビも粗びきで本格的だし、そば湯はブラウン、蕎麦の香りプンプン。そば湯もそば茶も本物。前からお気に入りなのです
私も記憶が薄れていましたが、いつものように2年前との比較。①値上げ率：10%程度(ランチざるそば)※7/1より、②サービスの炊き込みご飯＆サラダビュッフェは消滅、③コーヒーセルフは残留
いつもながら残念な結果。これでは足りないので、そば大盛りにしたところ、平日ランチで1000円オーバーとなってしまった
