大阪天満宮近くの南森町交差点の角にあるプレミアホテルCABIN大阪。
スタイリッシュなホテルの2階にあるダイニングバーの朝食が評判なので訪れてみた。
宿泊者優先だが、この日は入れた。
最初に会計し席に案内される。
清潔感ある広いダイニング。
これは気持ちが良い。
ブュッフェ式の朝食なので自分で好きな料理を取りに行く。
料理は和洋揃っている。
目玉焼き、ソーセージ、ベーコンにローストビーフ。
きんぴらごぼう、とろろ汁、湯豆腐に漬物、納豆。
ご飯と味噌汁、ジュースに牛乳を取り席に戻る。
美味しそうなので、ついつい取り過ぎた。
まずはグレープフルーツジュースと牛乳を飲み落ち着く。
そして味噌汁。
中々美味しい。
料理はどれも美味しい。
目玉焼きやローストビーフ、鯖塩焼きを食べながらご飯を食べる。
半分程度食べたところで、納豆ととろろ汁をご飯に食べる。
きんぴらごぼうも美味しい。
朝からかなりの量を食べてしまったが、コーヒーを飲んで落ち着こう。
朝から贅沢で美味しいブュッフェ。
やはりホテルのブレックファーストはいいね。
