この日は同僚と月イチのラーメン会
「ラーメン・エクスプローラ」
４人でこちらのお店へ。
地下鉄南森町駅から５分ほど歩いた場所。
国道１号線からはほんの少し南。
社会人になって最初の１年間
働いていたオフィスのすぐそば。
懐かしいな～(^o^)
19時頃の訪問。
先客の２人組の方が
４人組の我々に席を代わって下さった。
こういう気配りはありがたい。
私も逆の立場なら、そうしてあげなきゃ。
私は金胡麻担々麺(700円)を注文。
辛さはノーマル～３辛まで調節可能。
「それほど辛くありません」
の言葉を信じて、１辛に。
しばらくして着丼。
では、いただきます！
具は挽き肉、水菜。
麺は細目で加水率は高め。
ツルツルと喉越しがいい。
スープはかなり濃厚な胡麻の味と香り。
適度な辛さで私にはちょうどいい！
胡麻の濃さにも慣れてきたあたりで
途中で追い胡麻を追加し、ギアを上げる(^o^)
と、ライスを注文した同僚から
お腹いっぱいなってきたんで、
ちょっと要りません？と。
お言葉に甘え、若干量のライスダイブ！

ライスダイブめっちゃ合うし！
コレはオススメ♪
正直、担々麺って自分の中では
ラーメンとは全く別ジャンルの麺として
敬遠していた。
しかも、担々麺＝辛いというイメージがあり
余計に食べにくかったが、
そんなイメージはこの日でサヨナラヾ(´∀`)
また機会があれば、美味しい担々麺を
食べてみたい。
