昨日(9/7)はＪＲ東西線大阪天満宮駅に遠征、駅近くのお店で１杯を食べた後やはり駅近のこのお店を訪問・連食。
12時を過ぎての訪問だったので結構混んでいたため少しの間外待ち、入店してテーブル席に着席しメニューを見て「黒胡麻担担麺(880円)」を１辛で発注(券売機なし)。
前に「京橋ササラ」で食べた「金胡麻担担麺」があまり好みの味ではなかったので、今回は黒胡麻にしてみた。
結構待って丼が登場、微塵切りの葱が浮いた真っ黒なスープの中にストレートの細麺が沈んでいて、その上に赤い枸杞の実の乗ったモヤシと水菜がオン。
レンゲでスープを一口啜ってみると、胡麻の香りと味が満載のそこそこ美味しいスープ、だが１辛ではそれほど辛くない、３辛くらいにすれば良かった。
麺は少し固まっていたが何とかスープを絡めて悪くはない、モヤシや水菜もシャキシャキしていてＧＪ。
ということでスープを少し残して固形物は完食、「京橋ササラ」で食べた金胡麻よりは旨い、といったところが総括。
