天神ササラです。
梅田で用事を済ませて、時間も夕方6時半過ぎです。天神橋筋二丁目、南森町、天満宮の近くですね。今回初訪問となります、店内は先客1名、汁無し担々麺にしようと思いましたが？初なので看板メニュー？金胡麻担々麺です。煮玉子もトッピングです。スープは練りゴマのクリーミーな白湯スープ、辛さ控えめの金胡麻の風味をしっかり感じる美味しいスープ、麺は細麺。金胡麻担々スープが細麺に良く絡んで美味しいです。ネギに水菜、良い食感です。ミンチも辛さ無く食感も良く美味しいです。トッピングした煮玉子、結構濃いめの味付けですね。ニンニクも頂いて、投入です。ニンニク風味も良く合って美味しいですね。辛さ控えめ胡麻風味のしっかり感じる美味しい一杯でした。
