この日はカミさんと大阪で呑み歩き。
天満から谷町6丁目まで歩きながら呑み喰いしようと計画。
天満に着いたらまずは駅前の新多聞酒蔵。
ここはマレーシア料理の立ち呑み屋。
店は天満駅から徒歩1分圏内。
店の雰囲気は昭和な立ち呑み屋だけど、マレーシアの国旗がはためいている。
14時20分入店。
入口は立ち呑み客がいっぱいだけど、奥はまだ空いていた。
注文したものは以下のもの。
・瓶ビール マルエフ
・バタープローン
・ガーポーローシーファン
どちらも食べたことがないものを頼んだ。
約7分後到着掛した。
■ バタープローン
バターにココナッツと、後からブードゥー（魚醤）。
バターの濃厚な感じに包まれてココナッツの甘さがダイレクトに来ないのが面白い。
このソースをパンで食べたいけど、そう言うメニューは無さそう。
■ ガーポーローシーファン
「瓦煲老鼠粉」と書く。
名古屋の鍋焼きうどんを思わせるけど、味が全く違う。
旨みが強いけど、味噌や醤油の様な塩気がそこまで強くない。
米粉で作るみたいで、ネズミの尻尾の様に短くて先が細く尖った麺らしいけど、おそらくこちらはうどんの麺を使用しているんじゃないかな。
ちなみに写真には「骨付きラム肉スパイス煮」があるけど、これは隣の人の注文が間違えられて配膳されたもの。
箸をつける前に気づいて返品した。
マレーシアメニューは値段の割にポーションは小さめ。
立ち呑みの料理としては適切な大きさとも言える。
ただ他ではなかなか食べられない料理が出てくるので、マレーシア目当てなら他のメニューも食べてみたい。
