一番驚きがあったお料理は、白子をイカ墨に絡めて揚げたお料理！周りはサクサクとした食感にイカ墨の風味、中の白子は口の中でとろけます。生トマトと一緒に食べることでアッサリとしてて、いくらでも食べれちゃいそうでした❗️
お料理ごとにフォークやナイフを変えて頂きましたm(_ _)m
6,500円で、前菜やおかわりOKのフォカッチャ、パスタにニョッキ、お魚、お肉料理..... 接客やコストパフォーマンスは相当な素晴らしかったです‼️
オーナーシェフの丸市さんは、石川県金沢市のイタリア料理店で10年勤めた後、北イタリアで3年半修業された実績を持たれて、2018年に『カーサディオーロ』をオープンされたそうです❣️
ワインも約20種類ほどあります(∩˃ ᵕ ˂∩)
