大阪のお店でどこか好きか?と問われた際に僕は必ず「虹の仏」の名を上げるのですが、こちらのシェフは虹の仏で修業を積んだ方。
昼はカレー、夜はスパイス飲みができるお店ということで夜に訪問。
まずつきだしで出てきたキーマ冷奴に心奪われました。
粗挽きのパンチあるキーマと淡白な豆腐のバランス感。
これは良い。
あてもり4種は日本、タイ、インド亜大陸まで駆け巡るアジア一周感ある構成で面白く、どれも美味しいのが素晴らしい。
昼はどんなものを出しているのかと気になってこの日のランチメニューを見ると麻婆豆腐カレー。
夜メニューにはなかったのですが、麻婆豆腐カレーをライスなしのアテとして出してもらえるか聞いてみたところ快諾してくれました。
この臨機応変さもまた素晴らしい。
花椒がビシッときいたオイリーな麻婆カレーもとても良い感じ。
接客の雰囲気も温かく、常連さんも多いのも頷けます。
他の料理も色々と気になるので、また行きたいお店です。
