「天神橋筋商店街」の「天五」にある「かつ満」天五店に行ってきました。
外食チェーン「フジオフードシステム」のブランドで「かつ満」は「かつまん」ではなく「かつま」と読むようです。
メニュー表（税抜価格）です。「牛かつ定食」（1,078円）にしました。
価格は「ロースかつ定食」のシングル（150g）以外は税込で、千円オーバー。
大阪にしては、そこそこしますね。
明太子は食べ放題でした。これは、(・∀・)ｲｲ!!サービスですね。(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!!!!!
味噌汁とご飯です。ご飯は白ご飯か、十五穀米が選べます。
ヘルシーな後者にしましたが、やはり明太子に合うのは断然、白ご飯の方ですね。
「牛かつ定食」です。カットされた断面は、ミディアムレアです。
両端以外は上に向けられています。
練りがらしをちょっと付け特製ソースで頂きました。(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!!!!!
少し太めの千切りキャベツは、硬くてゴワゴワの食感。
もっと細めのカットの方が好みです。レモンのドレッシングでした。
名代（なだい）には、知名度が高いとか、評判の高いという意味があります。
