On this day, I will stay at a hotel near Umeda/Tenmangu Shrine. It's my first time in this area, so I don't really know. First of all, I went south of the Tenjinbashi arcade toward Osaka Tenmangu Shrine and looked for a store. As I walked through the arcade, there were surprisingly few stores. There was one shop along the way that caught my attention...this is it. I made a U-turn and it looked like it was still easy to get in since it opened early at 5pm, so I went in without hesitation and was the second customer after Groove. When you take a seat at the counter, the first thing you'll see is the draft beer and Rai's Recommendations, which look delicious and have high expectations. Among them, we ordered ``Golden Oyster shipped directly from the farm!!'', ``Assortment of 2 types of today's fresh fish,'' and ``Kawachi duck tataki.'' The interior has a wood-like interior, and the background music is a bit nostalgic J-pop, creating an atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable whether you're alone or in a group. The staff are cheerful and polite, and the store has a pleasant atmosphere. First, the `` Oyster'' arrived, and while you could feel the aroma of the ocean, they were melty in one bite...delicious♪ I thought they were from the Setouchi area around here, but the brand ``Golden Oyster'' is from Miyagi and Nagasaki. It seems to exist in Iki. I don't mind either one as long as it tastes good (lol) Next, the ``Two Types Assortment'' arrived, and on this day it was a combination of ``Tai'' and ``Sea Bass''. The firm texture of the sea bream and the chewy sea bass were both fresh and delicious fish. And the "Kawachi duck tataki" arrived. The price is a bit high, but the portion is large enough to be shared by about 4 people. Charcoal-grilled, the outside is fragrant, the inside is rare, and the texture is different, making this a delicious dish. I enjoyed the meaty texture and taste. I could have finished with this for my stomach, but I thought, ``Let's try Grilled skewer after all!'' From the menu of ``Liver,'' ``Jidori Chicken Negima,'' ``Gizzard,'' and ``Pork Belly Rolls,'' I chose my favorite, `` I ordered the mini tomato pork belly roll. ``Highball'' too... I wasn't asked for ``sauce'' or ``salt,'' so I'll leave it up to you. "Liver" and "local chicken negima" were "sauce", and "gizzard" was "salt". The ``sauce'' was rich and quite unique... All of the dishes were made with delicious ingredients, well-cooked, and delicious. The final meal was my favorite dish, ``cherry tomato pork belly rolls.'' Even though I knew this, I took one bite and regretted it... (lol) It was a hot and delicious final meal. After eating and drinking such a luxurious menu, the bill was only 4,090 yen...I get the impression that they are very particular about the ingredients they purchase. It's a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food made from high-quality ingredients... If I have the opportunity, I would like to use either restaurant again.
