天神橋筋商店街を歩いていくと商店街の中にある焼肉屋、ふじ山さん
実はこのお店焼肉だけじゃなくラーメンもあって
土日のランチのお肉ラーメンが半端ないと超人気✨
しかもここだけの話、平日なら夜でもラーメンのみの注文もOKみたい
ラーメンの種類は4種類で坦々麺や牛タン＆トリュフラーメンなどかなり豪華
この日は牛タンと近江牛のコラボラーメンをチョイスしました
やってきたラーメンは見た目からも分かる圧倒的な肉感
低温調理された塩タンとラーメンの真ん中にトッピングされた近江牛が輝いて見えます
プリップリの塩タンはそのまま食べてもめちゃくちゃ美味しいですが
ラーメンにたっぷりのってる白髪ネギをまいて食べると最高の味✨
そして近江牛のお肉...おそらくハラミのお肉は
ラーメン屋のチャーシューとは全く違った別次元の美味しさで
まさに焼肉屋だからこそできるお肉のクオリティです
そんなお肉に合わせるスープは塩ダレ風でかなり濃厚なスープ
ちぢれ麺によく絡むスープは麺に合うのは勿論、塩タンなどをさっとつけてたべると
ラーメンではなく焼肉を食べている気持ちになること間違いなしです
