南森町の「TAKE-PHY(ﾃｲｸﾘｰ)」さん初訪問。
牛タン、鉄板焼のお店です。
いつもならハラミ定食、となるのですが、牛タン推しのお店なので久々に…。
「厚切り牛タン定食」150g1100円(税込)。
ごはん、味噌汁、サラダのおかわりok！
さらに、テーブルにニンニクチップが。
座ると明太子のケースを冷蔵庫から出してきます。
数分で着盆。
厚切りの牛タン。150g。
レモンを絞って、一口。塩コショウですね。
歯応えがあって美味しい♪
次に牛タン専用のスパイスをかけると、塩ベースなんだけど香草スパイスが入っていて旨い。
合間に明太子をたっぷり食べます。
食べ放題ではないですが、ケース分なら完食もあり。
7割ほど食べました。ご飯はおかわりなしです。
お味噌汁は玉ねぎとニンジン。
おかわりしてませんが美味しかったです。
残念だったのは、牛タンの2切れが筋がかたくて噛みきれず、食べれなかったこと。
サービスはいいと思うし、たまたまかな。
他のお客さんは日替わりを頼んでましたね。
