こちらの”大阪焼肉ホルモン”ふたごさん。
なんと関東では50店舗ほど、さらに香港、ハワイ、NY、上海などにも出展されているそう。
驚くべきことに大阪には昨年4月の西中島南方店が初出店笑
逆輸入の形をとった大阪焼肉。
それから立て続けに京橋、心斎橋、天満とオープンされ、ここ大阪でも数年で数十店舗の展開を考えているそうです。
これはあくまでもコロナ大問題化前で、人伝えの話ですが。
そんな面白そうな話を聞いたらいかざるを得ません。
何をもって”大阪焼肉”なのかは最後まで謎でしたが、コンセプトははっきりしていて
①両半分、値段半分（たくさんの種類が食べれる）
②料理の提供は口まで（店員さんが焼いてくれる）
③焼肉はご褒美でなく日常食
④新鮮ホルモンでリピーター率120％（たしかに珍しいホルモンも）
⑤名物黒毛和牛はみでるカルビ（これは確かに良いものだ）
⑥五感で楽しめる（たしかに↑などおもしろいメニューも）
ということらしいです。
さて、予約時にはみでるカルビはもちろん注文しておりました。
そのうえで代表的っぽいメニューを何点かオーダー。
手前味噌ですが、このオーダーは一番良かったのでは…。
ふたご盛り￥1,480
やめられないミノ、ホソ塩、牛心、あご肉、幻のハラミ。
ホソってようはマルチョウですよね？
プルプルかつトロトロで美味～。
ミノは確か豚って言ってたような…笑
珍しいですね。牛ミノより柔らかくてこれもかなりおいしい。
はみだしたいハラミ￥1,680
こちらははみ出るではなくはみ出したい笑
なので、カルビほどの大きさはありませんが、その分厚みもあって食べ応えあり。
ハラミはやっぱり脂っこくなくて良いですね。
ネギ塩付きにしたので、たっぷりネギ塩が濃すぎるくらい。

これははっきり言ってかなりお得です。
客寄せメニューでしょうねぇ。
リブロースの塊で、本来なら特上、上、ゲタカルビとあと一つなんだったかな。
とにかくカルビ4部位がくっついたまま。
なので鉄板からはみ出します。
インパクト大。
あんまりカルビも食べ比べすることがないのでおもしろいですよね。
甘めタレでごはんがすすむやつ。
さすがに油っこくなってくるのでサンチュは必須。
その他数点行きましたが上記三つさえ押させておけばいいのではないかと感じました。
なんとなくお肉の発色が良くないように見えたんですが、味は全く問題ないというか、おいしかったです。
そのストーリー性とインパクトも結構面白いと思いますよ。
