天六で極上肉の焼き肉を堪能してきました。A5ランクの未経産雌牛だけを使った焼肉。

まず肉質が最高なんです
程よく刺しが入ったお肉。
牛タンは厚切りですが柔らかくてタン独特のサクサクとして歯応えがらたまらない。
キムチは白菜の生キムチです。
これは他では食べた事がないわ。
白菜の茎の部分だけをたっぷりのヤンニョムと和えてます。
真っ赤だけど辛さはそんなに辛くありません。
トロてっちゃんはぷるんぷるんになるように焼いてお出汁で脂を落として頂きます。
てっちゃんの旨味にお出汁が相乗効果であっさりとお肉の旨味が楽しめます。
しゃぶロースは見た目の通り美味しい✨✨
生卵につけて頂きます。
その後には竈焚きの炊き立てご飯。
ご飯そのままでも美味しいんですが、もちろんしゃぶロースの卵をかけて頂きました✨✨
