This is my personal opinion.The next appointment is after 1:00 pm at JR Tenma Station, and from 2:00 pm. I was thinking of having a quick lunch and suddenly remembered a Chinese dumpling shop. I'm sure it's around here...a few 10 meters from JR Temma Station to the shopping street, right in front of Doutor Coffee! , there it was, there it was. It was past lunch time and there was only one couple in the restaurant. Without looking at the menu much, I sat at the counter and ordered the charcoal-grilled yakibuta and shumai set meal (1,050 yen including tax). While I was waiting, I looked into the kitchen and saw a young woman wrapping Chinese dumpling filling. Handmade Chinese dumpling. First of all, the soup looks like plain water (lol), but it has a salty and deep flavor. what is this? ? ? I was a little moved. Next was the charcoal-grilled yakibuta, which was normal...I liked the sweet sauce, but the meat was tougher than I imagined. Next was Chinese dumpling, and when I opened the steamer, steam rose and it was piping hot. I got it with mustard and soy sauce that were on the counter. Chinese dumpling for lunch was freshly steamed and piping hot, and the size and flavor were authentic and delicious. I like the ratio of meat and vegetables in the filling, the thinness of the skin, the softness, and the taste. The rice was delicious at lunch. I would like to repeat it again at night. Thank you for the meal.
