まず、炊きたて銀シャリにこだわりがあるらしく
注文してから提供に30分掛かるそうなので真っ先に注文！
からのネギタン、上ハラミ、新鮮厚切りレバー、肉寿司霜降り、カルビ、厚切りカルビ、キムチ盛り、トロてっちゃん...etc...
美味しすぎるーーーーー
厚切りレバーは、炙る程度で食べるのがおすすめ
ほぼ生レバーみたいな感じやけど、全然生臭くない
めっちゃうまい、とろける
ハツ刺しは初めて食べたけど、ガチ刺身やわ
わさび醤油が置いていないのが残念でならない
カルビは、上カルビじゃないのにもう十分ってほどの脂
でも、重くなくて甘みがある
胃にもたれない良い脂
厚切りカルビは、厚切りなのに柔らかくて脂が程よくのってる！
何よりお米が美味しい！ふっくらやわらか、でも芯が少しあってちょうど良い炊き加減
キムチも市販のただの辛い漬物みたいなのと違って
まるで鶴橋で食べたキムチみたいな
甘みと辛味と旨味のあるちゃんとしたキムチ！
ユッケジャンスープは、激辛好きな私にとっては辛さは程よい程度だったけど
辛み以上に旨みが強くて！ガツンと辛いわけじゃないのに満足感があった！
ちょっとこれ以上、ひと品ひと品言ってたらめっちゃ長文になっちゃうのでこれくらいで...
このお味でこの価格、高コスパ！
お店の2階は屋根が吹き抜け状態で換気状態もよく
煙たくないし、お店の人の感じもいいし
