昨日は大阪に着いて、夕方16時から天満でハシゴ酒
しかし、天満はどこも人がいっぱいで人気店は行列がすごかった。
そんな中、なんとか入れた1軒目は「豚足ホルモン 小林商店」
名物の生ホルモンユッケは、臭みもなく食べやすい。いろんな部位が入っていて、いろんな食感を楽しめました。ホルモンを生で食べたのは初めてだわ！
そして、もう1つの名物である豚足はプルンプルンで、目の前の鍋から皿に盛られるのを見ている時点で旨さを確信できた。サービスで貰えるスープが豚足の旨みが全開で、あぁ、このスープでラーメン食べたいけど、この後もハシゴなので断念。
ホルモン焼きも美味しかった！
