大阪メトロ南森町駅５号出口から東へ徒歩１、２分くらいのところにあります。
お店に入って、カウンター席へご案内です。
本日のラーメンのスープは、九十九里背黒醤油です。
追加で、ホタルイカと菜の花の炊き込みご飯をいただきました。
料金は、先払いです。
ほどなくして、ラーメンとご飯が運ばれてきました。
九十九里背黒醤油
具は、鶏チャーシュー、あおさ海苔、ネギが入っています。
麺は、細麺ストレートです。
スープは、九十九里背黒醤油です。
芳醇な魚介出汁と醤油が合わさって、味わい深く、れんげが止まりません。
麺は、スープにのっかって、するすると入っていきます。
鶏チャーシューの肉味とネギの食感、スープを吸ったあおさ海苔が味を引き立てています。
ホタルイカと菜の花の炊き込みごはん
細かくカットされたホタルイカと菜の花が入っています。
ホタルイカの食感と味わいにほろ苦い菜の花の風味と出汁が合わさって、ごはんがすすみます。
日替わりで様々なスープと麺がいただけるので、またお邪魔したいと思います。
