日曜日の夕方、焼き鳥で新規開拓したい気分でしたが食べログ上位店はどこも満席、、
そんなときに直前予約ができたお店でした。
18時頃の訪問でカウンターにはお客さんが0だったので少し不安になりましたが、一口食べてめちゃめちゃ当たりのお店を引いたと確信しました((o(*･ω･*)o))
一串一串にこだわりが感じられて、こころは串の刺し方で一口目と二口目の食感が全然違ったり、ぼんじりにはエリンギが挟んであったり、せせりにはほうれん草のジェノベーゼソースがかかっていたり、他とは全然違う焼き鳥屋さんです。一品料理もおいしそうなメニューがたくさんありました！
お酒もこだわられているようで、日本酒やワインも取り揃えておられました。
そんなこんなで気付けば店内は満席になっていたので、直前予約できたのはラッキーだったのかもしれません。客層はカップルや夫婦が多かったです。
串焼きおまかせコースにすると全種類飲み放題が2200円でつけられるそうなので、必ず再訪したいです。コスパが良くてクオリティも高い！お気に入りのお店になりました！
