扇町公園北に位置する梅酒専門のダイニングバー。
3月にオープンされた新店です。店内にはまだ開店祝いのお花がありました
注文したのは
・梅酒3種飲み比べ(1880円)
・オリジナル梅酒(380円)
・梅の花(250円)
・スライストマト(420円)
・白胡麻きゅうり(420円)

既に二軒目だったのでそれほど注文していません
梅酒専門店ということで様々な梅酒が棚に並べられています。せっかくなので梅酒飲み比べ3種を注文。どれでも3種選べるとのことで、2人で
・みかん梅酒
・ローズ梅酒
・赤兎馬梅酒
・ワイン梅酒
・ブラッドオレンジ梅酒
・マンゴー梅酒
の6種を選択しました。
梅酒なので基本の味は梅酒になるのですが、それぞれに若干の味や香り、色で違いがあります。辛口好きなら赤兎馬梅酒、甘口系ならフルーツ系の梅酒がオススメです
わからなければ店員さんが色々と教えてくれるので、聞いてみるのが一番いいかもです✨
またこちらにはオリジナル梅酒があるということで、2杯目にそちらも注文。出てきてびっくりしましたが青色❗️そして写真にはうまく撮れなかったのですが、ラメが入っており液体を揺らすとキラキラと光っていました。店員さんに聞くと「アフロディーテ」というラメ入りのリキュールを使ってこのラメ感を出しているそうです
今回フードは全て軽くつまめる系。その中で梅の花というモノを注文したのですが、こちらは梅味の乾き物でした。
内装は明るく開放感があります。1Fがカウンター、地下が個室。それほど広くない空間ですが、作りが上手なのかかなり開放感を感じました
まだまだ開店したてなのでここからが正念場でしょうが、新店好きな方は一度チェックしてみてくださいね✨
