王将の隣ビルにできた焼肉食堂さんにてランチ。
なんでも赤身肉にこだわりのあるような雰囲気でした。
店内に入るとカウンターがこの字に並びます。
食堂という名前の割にはランチのメニューは「おまかせ」しかないようで、当然おまかせを勧められます。
単品にライスでも良いかなと思ったのですが、単品はお肉3枚だそう。この値段でそりゃ無いな。
否応なしにおまかせ定食を注文。
出てきたお肉はタンやハラミ、バラなどが混じってボリュームはありますね。どのお肉も悪くはありません。
しかし、こだわっているはずなんですが、ユーザーが好みに合わせて味わいを調整できるような薬味もテーブルに無ければ、味噌汁火傷するほど熱かったり、火の前に座って汗かいてるのに上がりですってまた熱っついお茶が出てきたり。味噌汁で舌先軽く火傷してるのに、飲めたもんじゃ無い。
そのこだわりの方向がお客さん目線では無い感じ。
