It was my first visit. I have been following them on SNS, and I finally visited them. There was a great value set for lunch, but when I looked at the a la carte, I found something I really wanted to try, so I ordered it a la carte. Tom Seap Som Tam Isan Khao Niao All the Isan dishes in northeastern Thailand. I like a soup called tomseap. Somtam also likes Isaan's quirky things. This som tam is made with sticky rice, so I had a good time with it. As soon as it became. The scent of Tom Shape and herbs is irresistible. And it's very painful. It was the best. Som Tam Isan uses a fish sauce called Nam Pala, which has a more distinctive flavor than Nam Pla. タイのラーメン
クイッティアオナームを頂きました。
クイッティアオはタイの米の麺のこと。
ナームは水。
要は汁ありという事。
汁なし(まぜそは)系はヘン(ヘーン)と言います。
タイ北部の名物ソーセージ、
サイウアも追加しました。
クイッティアオナーム ￥1,080
めちゃめちゃ美味しかったです。
タイのヌードルは、
ナンプラー、酢、砂糖、唐辛子の
4種類の調味料が付いてきて、
各人が好みで加えて味変して食べる。
しかし、こちらのクイッティアオ。
そのままでもスープがめちゃ美味しい。
酸味がバチっとあり、ほんのり甘い。
そして香りがまた良い。
このまま行こうかと思いつつ、
唐辛子をたっぷり入れて、
辛さマシマシ。
そしてナンプラーを追加しました。
いやはや、本当美味しかった。
お店では予約して来られる方が多く、
