12時過ぎに訪問。カウンター9席、テーブル8卓あります。空席がわずかな状態が続きます。
ホルモン、カルビなど定食は10種ほど。肉の種類と量で価格が変わります。価格は1000円くらいから2000円くらいまで。ご飯の大盛りは無料で対応いただけます。味付けはタレと塩。
カルビの小をタレでオーダー。税込み1089円。
6分ほどで到着。熱々の鉄板にもやし・キャベツにカルビの薄切りが乗りネギが散らされていました。キムチを味噌汁もあります。
味付けは濃すぎず薄すぎず。ご飯が進む美味しい焼肉です。博多の野菜とホルモンを炒める料理を思い浮かべるような感じ。
スタッフさんの連携が良く、少ない人数でも行き届いていました。
