天六にあった町中華『十八番』で働いていた方がオープンしたチャイニーズビストロ
『十八番』にあった番号メニューも残しつつ、丁寧に調理された中華小菜が楽しめます。
『十八番』ほど慌ただしくお客さんが回転するお店ではないので、調理も丁寧で一品一品を味わうことができ、スタミナチャーハンは思い出補正はあるかもしれませんが、『十八番』よりおいしく感じました。
飲みにも食事にも満足できるメニューが揃っているので、一人飲みでも仲間と会話を楽しみながらでも、また使いたいと思います。
つぎは『十八番』じゃなく、『かがり』として、冷菜やアテもつまみつつお酒も楽しみたいです。
