Today I had a lunch meeting with a business partner. The location was decided by our business partner. So, I visited Mr. Guimauve. Entered the store around 2pm. No customers. There were two surgeries, a pleasant male store owner and a female store clerk. Now, let's check the menu. The restaurant's recommendation is that it looks like carbonara Omelette Rice, which was also on the signboard menu in front of the restaurant. I haven't eaten Omelette Rice in a long time, and it feels like it's my first time having carbonara Omelette Rice, so I'll go with this. Other people seem to be ordering pasta. First, the salad arrived. Traditional salad with French cuisine dressing. From there, we waited for about 10 minutes... It's here! Carbonara Omelette Rice R! Yellow Omelette Rice island floating in white soup! Now, let's get started... The white sauce with plenty of it is carbonara sauce. Creamy mouthfeel with flavors of cheese and black pepper. And the sauce is quite delicious, with lots of chopped mushrooms adding aroma and flavor. Omelette Rice has a strong buttery flavor and goes perfectly with the carbonara sauce. I ate a lot and finished my meal. Hamburg Steak lunch that someone else was eating looked quite delicious. By the way, when I asked the male store owner what the meaning of the store's name, guimauve, he said it was the name of a French sweet (I later googled it and found out it meant marshmallow).
