新感覚の"揚げカマボコ"と、毎朝工場で八尾蒲鉾店と同じ製法で擦った自家製の練り物からとった出汁で作る"おでん"が看板メニューです。

■ウッフ･ド･ロワイヤル(880円)
卵黄だけを蒲鉾で巻いて揚げた名物の一つ、ナイフで切ると卵黄が溢れ出てアツアツのままカルボナーラソースと絡めてパクっと。これが美味しい〜
■おでん5種盛り(1180円)
大根・白天・牛すじ・ネギ袋・玉子
優しい味わいの出汁が染み込んだおでん、練り物(白天)のおでんは間違いなし、ネギ袋は出汁をたっぷり吸ったアゲとネギのシャキシャキがヤミツキに。
オープン間もないですが、お客様じゃんじゃん来られてました！
