The chateaubriand is so soft that it melts and is full of flavor when you dip it in eggs and eat it! The taste is quite top class among Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants I've had so far. As expected, it's a super chateaubriand. The chawan mushi with plenty of shark's fin and thick Cow tongue was also delicious. Beef Cutlet was also exquisite. It's a bit too extravagant, but it's a recommended item that you should try. ‼ ️ And then, even among them, clay pot rice!! ️ This menu is the pride of our head chef, who made many prototypes until he developed gout, and uses ``Dragon's Eye,'' which is 1.5 times the size of Koshihikari rice and has a sweet and gorgeous aroma.Ingredients include crab sticks, crab meat, Egg, Wagyu roast beef, salmon roe, mitsuba The salty taste of the salmon roe adds to the gentle flavor, and the roast beef is tender, and the flavors of the mitsuba and crab combine to make it blissful (*^^*) There are about 4 to 5 bowls of chawanmushi, so the quantity is plenty. ( ̄▽ ̄) It was so good that I ate it with the leftover eggs from the first yakisuki I ate⸜(*˙꒳˙*)⸝ It's only been open for a little over 2 months, but it's still a little-known place.
