昨年末に天六駅近にオープンした焼肉と土鍋ごはんのお店
日本料理で修行を積んだ料理長が痛風になるまで試作を重ねた美味しいメニューが豊富
お肉は松坂牛や佐賀牛といった上質なブランド牛が中心
普通の焼肉としても楽しめますが，一風変わった薬味などもあり
青唐味噌を乗せて食べる厚切りタン
味付けした麩と白髪ネギを巻いて龍の卵にダイブさせて食べる焼きすきサーロインなど
和の要素が光るメニューが特徴的
お味噌は他にも納豆味噌やネギ味噌などもあり，これだけつまんでもお酒が飲める美味しさ
龍の瞳を使った〆の土鍋ごはんも看板メニューで，ローストビーフにズワイガニ，いくらもたっぷりで見た目から素晴らしい輝き
贅沢な見た目だけでなく，ご飯の量もしっかりありボリューム充分
ここに焼きすきの龍の卵や青唐味噌を少し乗せると更に旨し
