19時ごろ訪問。テーブル8卓ほどあります。2階にも席があって隠れ家感があるおしゃれな空間です。
タッチパネルからオーダーするシステム。されど最初にお薦めなどの説明は店員さんがしてくれます。
土鍋ごはんは30分ほど「時間が掛かるとのことで最初にオーダー。当日はレギュラーメニューの他に鯛といくらのご飯もありました。肉と海鮮、一品料理もあってメニュー数は多いです。肉はレギュラーサイズとハーフサイズも用意されていて、お客さんのことをよく考えています。
土鍋ごはん、キムチ、ロース、カルビ、ハラミ、テッチャン、サラダで様子見。ポーションの量が分からないので足りなければ追加する予定でした。
タレが2種。塩用にレモンも添えられます。
肉は部位によって違いはあれど80～120gくらいある感じ。ボリュームあります。価格も高くはないのでコスパが良いです。タレは生姜が効いています。もう少し甘みがあっても良いかなと感じましたが好みの問題でしょう。
土鍋ごはんが美味しくて食べ過ぎてしまい追加までは至りませんでした。残ったものはおにぎりにしてもらえるので心配はいりません。
よく考えられたシステムのお店なので認知されれば大繁盛されるでしょう。
