今日のランチタイムは天満橋駅をほんの少し離れて、日本料理のお店『大乃や』まで出かけます。
長い黒塀に竹の駒寄垣が印象に残っていたお店。そんな格式が高そうな建物の中にある天ぷらコーナーでランチタイム限定のお得な天丼をいただきます。
目の前で天ぷらを揚げてくれるカウンター席。先客の方々は天ぷらのコースを楽しむ人もいれば、自分のように天丼が目的の人もいますね。
あまり油っぽい匂いが漂わない店内で、職人さんが次から次へと天ぷらを揚げていきます。合図に合わせて丼にご飯がよそられて天ぷらを盛りつけ、天つゆをかけてできあがりです。
提供された天丼は、上品で色合いも鮮やかです。
海老、白身魚、茄子、南瓜、ネギ、パプリカといった素材がサクミ感のある天ぷらとなっています。
上品さ故に天つゆは少なめ。もう少し天つゆがかかっていた方が好みではありますが。
ボリュームは程々に。
落ち着いたランチタイムを過ごすことができました。
