ランチタイムに日替わり定食を頂きました。
豚骨醤油ラーメンを頂きました。
焼肉屋さんなのですが少し前から豚骨ラーメンの看板を出していて非常に気になっていました。
ちょうどいい感じに時間が作れたので行ってみました。
正直、あんまり期待はしていなかったのですが、とんでもない。
本格的な豚骨醤油ラーメンで嬉しい誤算でした。
麺の硬さ、脂の量が選べて、尚且つ
デフォルトでご飯が付いてくる。
しかもおかわり自由との事でコスパ抜群。
さて、そのお味ですが
しっかりと豚骨ラーメン、だけどクドくない(個人的感想です)麺も細麺でスルスルイケちゃいます。
テーブルには高菜、紅生姜とマストアイテムはもちろん、酢、辛味噌、胡椒にマヨネーズと様々に味変も可能。
サイドメニューやトッピングま充実しているので次に行く機会があればそちらも楽しむ事にしましょうか。

麻辣や中華感一切なしで
強いて言うなら
「豆腐と挽肉の煮込み」
でも、そういう料理だと考えれば
挽肉たっぷりだし島豆腐みたいな
硬い豆腐も合ってて美味しかった。
