数日前から食べログで予約‼️
口コミで見た赤ワイン煮込みが美味しそうだったのでメインは行く前から決めてました。
谷町4丁目駅から数分歩けば着きます。
店内も明るすぎず、落ち着ける雰囲気です。
店員さんの接客も丁寧でとてもよかったです。

結局、前菜は王道なパテカンを注文しました。
気になるお味は・・・。
う〜ん、しっとりしてて美味い‼️
このパテカンはレバーの味がしっかりしてますね。
体力、精がつきそうです‼️

今日はこれを食べにきました。
前菜といい、メインといいビストロの王道です。
赤ワイ煮込みは見た目が紫(赤)と茶の2パターンがありますが、ここのは前者ですね。
気になるお味は・・・。
ほろっほろ‼️ものすごくほろっほろで絶品‼️
赤ワイン煮込みって味をどう表現していいか毎回わからないんですよね笑
何の味と言われても赤ワイン煮込みの味としかなかなか表現できない笑。
カメキチさんの赤ワイン煮込みはものすごくフルーティーでした。
使用している赤ワインのせいか芳醇な香り、フルーティーな味でした。
付け合わせのピューレはさつま芋で甘くて美味しかったです。
焼いてないスイートポテトかなっていうぐらい良い甘さを感じました。
予約の際に、「量を少なくしてください」と要望しているので量も少なくなってます。
ノーマルは2人分ぐらいあるらしいです。
こちらの要望を聞いてくださって本当に感謝です。

おそらくみなさん予約の方だと思います。
