友達の誕生日祝いでずっと行きたかったカメキチさんへ。
前菜で鴨のコンフィサラダ仕立てとトリッパのグラタン、メインに牛頰肉の赤ワイン煮を。
特にトリッパのグラタンは必食の一品。
次も絶対に食べたい(笑)
鴨のコンフィは半身近いボリューム、牛頬肉はゲンコツ大のお肉が2つ、グラタンは洋食屋さんのドリア大でそれぞれが３〜4人でシェアしたいボリュームでしたが腹パンになりながらも完食しました！
デザートはソルベ盛り合わせ、クレームブリュレはメッセージ付きにしたので写真は控えます。
これは１人前ずつ頂きました。デザートも手抜かりナシの美味しさです。
1品のボリュームが多いのでガツンと食べたい時か、3〜4人くらいで行って取り分けしながら楽しむのがいいかも。
