今回は谷町三丁目にあるホテルルーテルの中のオリーブさんに再訪です。
2015年9月16日(水)11時40分に大人3人で伺いました。
店内はホテルのロビーによくある喫茶スペースといった感じですが私にとっては大阪での定宿ですので落ち着きます。
私は烏賊と海老のトマトクリームパスタ(1000円)を注文しました。残りの二人はきのこの和風パスタ(1000円)を注文です。
オリーブさんではパンとサラダがお代わりが出来るようになっています。
早速サラダとパンを取りに行くと、今回は玉子とハムのサンドイッチをはじめ、バケットの薄切りに明太子を塗ってオーブンで焼いたもの等5、6種類のパンとポテトサラダや玉ねぎ、人参、レタス、キャベツ、ブロッコリー等の野菜が陳列されています。
ドレッシングも胡麻や和風等4種類が用意されておりその日の気分に合わせたものをチョイスすることが可能です。
ちなみに本日のスープはビスソワーズでした。
サラダやパン、スープを食べている間にパスタが運ばれてきました。
こちらのパスタは1、4㍉の細麺のパスタを仕様しておりゆで加減も完璧なアルデンテと大変好みの固さに茹でられています。
ソースはトマトクリームベースですがあっさりと仕上げられており、さっと火を通した烏賊と海老に玉葱等トマトクリームと相性のいい具材が絶妙の火加減で調理されています。
デザートのパンナコッタに至るまで大変満足感の高いランチでした。
会計では3人で2460円の支払いをしました。余りにも安い為理由を聞いたところ時間が速く来られたお客様には20%近い割引があるとのことでした。
本来地下の駐車場に入れると2500円を超えないと無料にならない駐車場料金も2460円でハンコを押してもらい駐車場料金を支払わずに済みました。
オリーブさんは大変コストパフォーマンスが高いお店だと私は思います。
