Restaurants is located on the 1st floor of Hotel The Lutheran, a little east of the Tanimachi 3 intersection. Lunch is only open on weekdays and includes five types of spaghetti, roast beef bowl, and keema curry, all priced at 1,000 yen, and comes with self-service soup, salad, bread, and coffee. Coffee can also be takeaway. I had creamy spaghetti with mushrooms and bacon. I used to go here almost 20 years ago when I was working nearby. The side menu All-you-can-eat buffet has become simpler than it was back then, but I think it's a good value for money that it's still available at this price.
